How to see the hidden files in centos through command line ?

Hello All,

I  Am using centos 6.5 version And I   want to delete the hidden files in the directory  can anyone help  with the command.

Hello Thomas,

1) Login into the server

2) Go to the directory where you want to see the hidden files .

3) use the command ls -a

4) you will see all the files including the hidden files .

5) use the delete command to delete the files .

rm -rf nameof the file
